Insurance Participation

We participate with most commercial PPO insurance plans as well as many Medicaid and CHIP programs. Our practice is in-network with a variety of insurance carriers, and we’ll work closely with your provider to help you make the most of your coverage.

Before treatment begins, our office manager will review your benefits, provide an estimate of coverage, and explain any out-of-pocket responsibilities so there are no surprises.

We understand that every family’s financial situation is different. We offer flexible payment arrangements and accept a variety of payment methods to help fit treatment comfortably into your budget.

Membership Plan

Affordable care for patients without dental insurance.

Primary Member

$280/year

(ages 13+)

Primary Member

$240/year

(ages 13+)

Additional Family Members

$10 discount each

(ages 0–12)

Membership Includes:

One routine exam per year
One cleaning per year
Fluoride treatment (if age appropriate)
Necessary radiographs once per year

* All other treatment completed during the one-year term of membership will be discounted 15% from our regular fee schedule.

* This plan is an excellent option for individuals and families who don’t have dental insurance but still want high-quality, affordable care from a team they trust.

The staff are incredibly nice and friendly and efficient! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On that, alone! The kids'waiting room is super cute with an arcade area(where my boys spent all of their waiting time) and a great pirate ship climbing/slide.  There is also a separate waiting room for a adults/different procedures. The doctors are on their game and know what they're doing! Cleanings are a breeze because they make you feel so comfortable. My boys have beautiful smiles thanks to the orthodontists!! 😁 Absolutely 100% recommend!!

I was very pleased with the doctor and nurse, they both explained everything very well to me, I used to take my two older kids there when they were little, although my kid has to get several cavities and one tooth pulled that's the only upsetting part about it., other than that everything went very well.
