Over time the parents of his patients were so pleased with the office and the manner that the children were treated that they asked Dr. Jay to treat them.

Since his expertise was in treating children, he hired a General Dentist to treat the adults. Subsequently Orthodontic services were added to the office. Over time the practice has grown to multiple offices located throughout the Philadelphia Suburbs and the Lehigh Valley. All of the children’s dental offices are welcoming to children with colorful waiting rooms, retro video games, and a staff that truly cares about kids. The Upper Merion office is the only office that offers comprehensive adult dentistry. Four of the offices offer orthodontics. In-office Sedation is available in 4 of the offices and treatment under General Anesthesia is available in 2 conveniently located SurgiCenters.

The group currently consists of 20 Pediatric Specialists, 4 General Doctors, and 4 Orthodontists, and multiple Dental Hygienists and Expanded Function Dental Assistants.

As much as Upper Merion Dental Associates has grown, we are still privately owned (10 of our dentists are partners) and have turned down multiple offers to sell to corporate entities.
